The Power of UnityUnity in diversity is a powerful force.I strongly believed that in promoting open communication to understand different perspectives and finding common grounds. Institutionalizing nonviolent conflict resolution processes on personal, community and geopolitical levels. Peace Education programs that paint a multidimensional vision of what a culture of peace looks like structurally and behaviorally, while trying it back to the grassroots efforts of spreadingkindness and consciousness that I am leading to.

 

Cultivating and inculcating the importance of inner peace allow us to approach others with more empathy, understanding and goodwill, these are the qualities for resolving conflicts and coexisting peacefully.Cultivating inner peace through prayer, meditation, or spiritual practices helps create a sense of calm, compassion and centeredness within yourself. When we are at peace internally, we are less reactive, judgmental or prone to anger/hostility. This inner peace then allows us to approach others with more empathy, understanding and goodwill - qualities that are essential for resolving conflicts and coexisting peacefully. Regardless of our differences in faith, beliefs and point of views, when we come together to educate individuals and empower our people we can work together and create a significant ripple effect of positive change.
