As the owners of Fountain Court Hotel, we wanted to share a small but important clarification with all our friends, guests and valued members of the community.

We are aware that some people may have gained the impression that the hotel and grounds have been sold. We wish to reassure you clearly and sincerely: this is absolutely not the case, and we will never sell this premises.

Our family has cared for this establishment for decades, building a legacy of hospitality, humanitarian work and service that lies very close to our hearts. Fountain Court Hotel is not just a building to us – it is part of our history, our values and our future. It will always remain in our ownership, and we will always safeguard it for the purposes and principles we have stood by for so long.

As we have done from time to time over the years, we have chosen to rent out only a portion of the hotel premises to be operated by others. This is simply a way to make good use of the space and keep the hotel active and welcoming – but our ownership, our oversight and our deep connection to this place remain completely unchanged.

We are delighted that part of the building continues to serve the public, and we wish those managing it every success.

At the same time, we felt it was important to set the record straight, so you can be sure that the heart and soul of Fountain Court Hotel – and the family behind it (DEUCHAKAR FAMILY) – remain exactly as they have always been.

We look forward to continuing our own work here, including the wellbeing sessions, charitable activities and community events we host, as we carry forward our mission of service and care for many years to come.
